Cutting and welding: I profile cutting adopts CNC plasma cutting machine. H beam welding using the gantry main bottom welding
machine
Beam welding: Both the main beam and the side beam adopt i-beam, which can ensure the trailer is more durable. The
reinforced tailgate can prevent the tailgate from breaking when the ramp of the heavy machinery climbing trailer.
Surface treatment: In order to remove the rust of the trailer body, we use sand spraying technology to return the trailer surface.
The trailer has beautiful appearance, uniform coating, strong and durable, high gloss
Paint: One coat of rust proof paint, two coats of paint
Testing: We will test the quality of the trailer before delivery
