(one)Application
QJZ-2x 120(80)/1140(660)SF Flameproof and I.S.Vacuum Electromagnetic Starter with Dual Power Supply for Fans in Coal Mines is suitable for underground coal mines with explosive gases such as methane. With rated voltage 660 V/1140 V ,rated current up to 120 A, 50 Hz, the starter can be used to control and protect the start/stop of 3-phase squirrel--cage induction motor and can execute phase commutation when the motor stops.
(two)Feature
1.This starter is mainly for counter rotary fans or single fans used widely in underground coal mines, and it can realize double-fan double power supply in the excavating surface. The two motors can realize delayed start/switchover, avoiding the fan drum blown and reducing the damage to the power system when the fan starts.
2.This starter has two single flameproof chambers integrated together, when the main machine has a fault, it can switch over to the standby machine automatically, enabling maintenance without stopping the starter.
3.This starter employs integrated intelligent protection; with simple operation it can adjust the setting values and aquire the informaion conveniently by the external press button even when the system is powered on.
4.The starter has high protection accuracy and fast response, and it has multiple protection functions such as leakage locking, under voltage, over voltage, 3-phase unbalance, overload, short-circuit, phase loss, air and electricity locking alarm.
