PTFE coated fiberglass cloth are made from fiberglass as the weaving material to plain knit or specially knit into superior fiberglass basic cloth, coated with fine PTFE resin then make it into various of ptfe high temperature resistance cloth in different thickness and widths.
Features of PTFE coated fiberglass cloth:
1. Good temperature tolerance,24 working temperature -140 to 360 Celsius degree.
2. Non stick,easy to clear adhesives on the surface.
3. Good chemical resistance:it can almostly resist most of chemical medicines,acids,alkalis,and salt;fireproof,lower in aging.
4. Low coefficient of friction and dielectric constant,good insulating capacity.
5. Stable dimension,high intensity,elongation coefficient less 5‰
Applications of ptfe coated fiberglass cloth:
1.Heat sealing machine, plastic sealing machine, hot stamping machine high temperature coating, sponge, plastic products demolding cloth, partition cloth.
2. According to the different thickness, can be made into a variety of drying machinery conveyor belt, such as drying medicine, tea, food, chemical agents, such as adhesive belt, sealing belt.
3. Used for anti-corrosion coating of various petrochemical pipelines, insulation and temperature resistant coating materials of electronic and electric equipment, and environmental protection desulfurization of waste gas from power plants, etc.
